I used this technique (i learned it slightly in a different way nevertheless it’s still basically the same) to help me get away from a rut. I used to be an angry, depressed, drug addicted teenager, and when i decided to stop using i felt alone, terrified, completely unmotivated. i even became to socially inept to go to the retailer by myself. i didn’t like what I had been becoming, and so, with some help, i begun slowly but certainly making development through subconscious requests.

I used to lay in mattress thinking intensely about something that I forgot (ie – identify, mix, that 1 thing on my list…and many others) and when I would wake up, within my first hours of waking up, my subconscious would bring it back to my attention, normally with the right direction to figuring it out or, even better, with the answer!
A simple 1 I have mastered is to tell my self what time to get up each morning…Planting the time in my subconscious before I head to sleep at night.. I awaken every time.I Have not used an alarm clock for years.

Better to talk to the subconscious to give them insights into what work they should be doing. I think we are intended, Each and every of us, to serve a role in the Universe. It’s our task to find that role and then get it done.
